Goat Cheese

Young cheeses (they’re only several days old) are more sour and salty than the more mature versions of Łomnicki. They are delicate and almost perfectly white . We make them from raw goat milk with addition of herbs and spices, e.g. fenugreek, bear’s garlic, mint, oregano, thyme and others. Take your pick!
