Long-ripening cheese made in the ‘parmigiana’ style from unpasteurised cow milk.
They say that the best parmiggiano is made in Italy. That’s possible, but there is one type of it which is made entirely in Poland and from Polish milk. Its taste and grainy consistence have surprised many guests from Italy – they couldn’t believe the cheese was not produced in their country!

This cheese has been aged for at least 24 months.
