Pecorino Zafferano e Pepe Nero
A mix of three unusual tastes – sheep milk (delicate and slightly salty), pepper (spicy and pungent) and very aromatic saffron which binds all the tastes in one balanced whole. A ripening chees that is produced in Sardinia.
It can be served on a cheese plate, or added to dishes (especially pasta).
