Koziniec, similarly to e.g. Śmielec, Niedźwiednik, Koziarki or Krowiniec (with which Koziniec makes a good pair) can be both eaten and conquered (if you’re fond of mountain trekking).
It’s a rather delicate cheese, of pleasant taste and consistency that allows it to be cut in slices. To some people it may remind Dutch gouda.
