This curd (Polish: ‘twaróg’) is made from unpasteurised goat milk. It’s delicate and slightly sour. It melts in your mouth. We sell it by weight.
Where does its name come from? It was proposed by our clients after this curd was served during a dinner for presidents and prime ministers of NATO states who gathered at the Warsaw NATO Summit in July 2016 (link). We were told that the guests loved it!
