Sir Grill (smoked)

For those who do not feel challenged enough by the “normal” Sir Grill, there’s a smoked version of this noble cheese. On a frying pan or grill it behaves exactly the same: it doesn’t melt and gets a surprising foam-like structure inside. But it retains its delicate, smoky taste and aroma. It can be also eaten cold: then it slightly remains the famous Oscypek.

Sir Grill is manufactured from pasteurized goat milk.

In 2013 it received a title of the Taste of the Year during the Festival of Good Taste in Gruczno.
