Baked Ritta with additions
This cheese is made of whey, thus it is not only tasty, but also ideal for people on low fat diet. Ritta is rich in proteins, but does not contain fats.
In order to enrich the subtle taste of pure Baked Ritta, sometimes we add something to it e.g. seeds of fenugreek or nigella, or sundried tomatoes.
Hint: it is also worth trying the taste of the third sister of the Ritta family: Smoked Ritta, an award winner at the Festival of Farmers’ Cheese in Lidzbark Warmiński in 2013.
