Pohulanki are small (200g), hard cheeses, smoked in cold smoke. They are made from cow milk.
Their taste is delicate, but with a „bite” that comes from the smoky character.
The name is derived from one of the mountain summits of the Karkonosze Mountains that are visible from our farm. Other cheeses with such names include e.g.: Śmielec, Niedźwiednik, Koziarki or Koziniec.
