Cow on Grill (Krowa na Grilu)
It’s a cow version of the well-known Sir Grill. It’s a cheese that tastes great and can be prepared in many ways. When eaten cold it’s delicate with slight buttery notes. When heated up (fried, baked, grilled etc.) its interior becomes foamy, and its skin crispy. You may serve it in dishes or alone – together with savoury or sweet sauces.
* Terms of purchase: cheeses that are sold by weight can be purchased in pieces of a weight that is a multiple of 20 dag (200 gr). The minimum amount of cheese that can be ordered equals to 20 dag. Cheeses are vacuum packed – usually as one piece with a weight similar to what has been selected in the order.
